Family owned business that has been established for over 20 years has a need for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for being the liaison between patients and the hearing aid center. Duties will include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, verification of benefits, database management, inventory, patient communications and ensuring patient satisfaction. Must be reliable and dependable and self-motivated.

- 1+ years of Customer service experience required
