The Administrative Assistant position is responsible to be a liaison between patients and the hearing aid center in this successful medical practice. Duties will include: answering phones, scheduling appointments, verification of benefits, database management, inventory, patient communications and ensuring patient satisfaction.

- 1+ years of Customer service experience required
- Background in medical field preferred
