The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the clerical and administrative support for the pharmacy team. Primary responsibilities will be managing the telephone calls, participation in new referral demographic completion and entry in to computer system, collection of reports, lab values, etc, indexing of pharmacy documents for AS Chart, and other duties and projects as assigned.


High school graduate or equivalent plus 1 year experience working in an administrative assistant or customer service role is required. Knowledge of and ability to use word-processing software a must. Good organizational skills, interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills and typing and data entry skills.
