The Administrative Assistant assists the Vice President of Human Resources in performing diversified administrative functions in support of Human Resources including contracts, collective bargaining agreements, legal documents, monthly expenditures, and purging of documents.

Required Experience
5 years of experience working in a corporate environment preferred
Previous experience working with executives, physicians, and/or law office experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
Able to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Detail oriented
Knowledge of HR principles and practices preferred
HRIS experience a plus

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in human resources is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
