Currently we are recruiting for Administrative Assistants to work for several clients in the Albany area. The ideal candidate will be computer literate (excellent typing skills, MS Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge, other computer software skills a plus!) and knowledge of basic office procedures such as answering phones professionally, taking accurate messages and filing paperwork. Busline and Car access

Positions are Full Time Long-Term temporary based on our client needs. Hours are full time between 8am -5pm and Dress code is Business Casual.

  • 1+ years as an administrative assistant or related experience
  • High School diploma or GED required. College experience preferred
  • Able to navigate computers effectively (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Good listening skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Friendly, team-focused personality
