POSITION SUMMARYProvide administrative support which requires experience, skill and knowledge of organization operations, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for administrative services for, but not limited to the Managers, Supervisors and Staff for the Medicare South East Regional Team. In this role you will: Use your strong telephonic skills and ability to communicate professionally and courteously with all members, staff and providersWrite and send out routine correspondenceCompiles data for routine report and file maintenance, .Make travel arrangements with Travel Solutions and associated expenses in ConcurUse Microsoft Outlook Office/Calendar to scheduling of internal and external meetings, creating agendas and recording minutes, greeting/hospitality of external meeting participants when needed.Use Outlook for sorting, screening, and responding to sensitive confidential material Prepare and print specialized reports within computer systems. Will be instrumental in the creation of the team including but not limited to office set-up, telework set-up, RBAC changes and telephone setup, This position requires strong computer skills and excellent proficiency in Microsoft products including: Outlook and Calendar, Access, Word and Excel. Demonstrate ability to coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, room reservations, and hospitality. Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail, focus on accuracy and ability to multi-task. Must have an ability to anticipate problems and develop contingency actions to manage them, including taking action without specific direction. In-depth knowledge of Aetna and its business units is a plus.
