High school graduate or equivalent; Associates Degree in Business, preferred. Candidates must possess:

? Strong clerical and organizational skills
? Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
? Use of standard office equipment including computers, transcribing, photocopy, scanner and facsimile machines
? Use of general medical record procedures
? Basic medical and psychiatric terminology

Job Summary:
1. Greets visitors and staff
2. Answers telephone, record telephone messages accurately and transfer to appropriate person
3. Works with supervisor and assigned directors on tasks or projects
4. Manages calendars as assigned
5. Responsible for typing tasks including meeting minutes, correspondence and conferences
6. Organizes meetings which may include luncheons
7. Attends meetings and record minutes
8. Responsible for tracking returned mail, conference requests, purchase orders, etc
9. Assists with mail delivery
10. Monitors and maintains office supply stock
11. Runs errands as necessary

Setting:
This position is in an office setting with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a PC. There may be occasional request for extended work days, into occasional overtime.
