Detroit CBB Registration
Greater Giving data entry/tracking for CBB Detroit auction, sponsorships, pre-events
Detroit receipting of income/expenses
Sponsorship tracking – all events
Greater Giving tracking – auction, sponsorships, pre-events
Committee meeting follow up as required
Raffle coordination (deciding on lead)
Licensing – liquor, raffle, etc

Position Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, database and spreadsheet management, email software, and internet browsers
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Proven ability to problem solve and make effective decisions
Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills required
Demonstrated project management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to learn and embrace internal ACS systems
Ability to remain composed in stressful situations and handle self in a professional manner at all times
Some local travel and regional travel for office trainings required by car or air
