Our goal is to surpass clients expectations by delivering superior service, sharing uncommon knowledge and providing a unique financial perspective to comprehensive retirement planning and wealth management.Position Description: Step into an instrumental role that is responsible for preparing and organizing elements required for a client meeting. This function is also responsible for creating and tracking post-meeting communications to clients. The administrative assistant will support multiple advisors.- Full-time or part-time employee of Moser, Kearns and Associates with flexible hours. - Entry level position that requires administrative and organizational skills.The administrative assistant completes tasks which allow our advisors to focus more time and energy on client acquisition and deepening client relationships. It also gives our advisors the assurance they need that their practice is being maintained and supported within Ameriprise Financial guidelines. Responsibilities also include responding to ad hoc requests and coordinating with the Client Service Manager.Administrative Support Tasks - Use online tools to gather and prepare relevant information for client meetings. - Organize agendas, graphs, spreadsheets and other aids to be used in client meetings. - Prepare meeting summary letters for multiple advisors. Track completed letters on spreadsheet. - Maintain Ameriprise compliance requirements for all communications. - Organize and file client data, records and forms in accordance with records retention policies.Key Traits of a Successful Administrative Assistant - Excellent computer skills. - Direct attention to detail and organization. - Effective communication with clients and other team members. - Efficient prioritization and time management skills, ability to multi-task effectively. - Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisors, Ameriprise and FINRA. - Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.Knowledge: - Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Education: - Undergraduate college degree preferred.
