Description

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Atlanta, GA office. The role will support Aon Hewitt's Retirement Pension group.

Meeting scheduling; one time and recurring meeting setup and calendar management

* Word document creation, editing, proofing and production using corporate identity

* Create and edit Powerpoint presentations

* Client database (Salesforce) updating and report management

* Organize and coordinate work flow, manage multiple tasks and deadlines

* Make travel arrangements and related logistics

* Prepare expense reports

* Work closely with other assistants to share information and provide back up support for absences or spikes in workload

* Act as a resource for internal requests and technical functions

* Maintain high level of confidentiality working with sensitive material

* Help with special projects or one time requests such as data collection, report generation, and forms processing

* Miscellaneous duties including mail, faxing, copying, phones, and scheduling meetings

* Attentive to details and strong follow-up skills

* Extremely quality focused

* Able to multitask

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Able to prioritize daily workload, act proactively, and respond to requests promptly

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks

Qualifications

* 2-3 years of administrative experience
* Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Familiar with Microsoft Office calendar and scheduling and databases or similar software
* Strong writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
