In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of functions, such as:
  • Directly supporting the President with calendaring
  • Travel arrangements
  • Creating advanced PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing the client database
  • Providing superior customer service to both internal and external clients.
You will also assist various departments with ad hoc projects, and assist with scheduling and planning seminars and events. Ideal candidate will have advanced MS Office experience, have a high sense of confidentiality and be able to work well with all levels of an organization. A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of previous administrative support experience, incredible communication skills and be ready to hit the ground running.
