The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support for Aspiranet’s MOUSE Squad Student Tech Leadership program. Responsibilities include meeting and event preparation and coordination, contact database management, and communication with funders, schools, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google documents
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar data management programs
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to maintain open communications with a diverse group of individuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, validCDLand clean driving record.
