Administrative Assistant sought for Albany area construction, engineering, and environmental testing and inspection firm. Applicants must be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access); must possess strong organizational and communication skills; and be able to work independently. Primary responsibility will be to provide direct support to Division Management including preparation of proposals , invoices, and reports, timesheet review and entry, and daily scheduling of technical staff. Salary commensurate with experience.
