Critical Action Items:
Create and upload requisitions according to BCFS accounting policies using the correct ledger codes from BCFS HHS approved budgets as provided by the Program Director.
Assist staff in properly completing required agency forms
Create a filing system to manage personnel, client, and financial information.
Communicates respectfully with clients, community partners, and/or staff that call or enter Transition Center.
Submit requisitions to finance in a timely manner by set deadlines.
All files must be maintained neat and orderly and confidentiality of file information must be maintained.
Maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor in all workplace dealings with clients, community partners, and staff.
Complete all assignments by set deadlines while ensuring that assignments are professional in appearance.
Ensure that the office has the necessary office supplies to complete work assignments.
Assist programs in filing, faxing, copying, and monthly mailings.
Assisting in inputting client data into computer database.
Answers phones in a professional manner.
Maintains appointment book for staff and notifies staff of scheduled appointments.
Ensure the Transition Center is a clean and safe work environment.
At the direction of the Program Director, order office supplies and equipment for the programs at the Transition Center
Communicates regularly with Program Director on work schedule and status of administrative duties.
Receives approval for all purchases from Program Director and turns in receipts, expense reports, sign in sheets, and other required documentations within the time frame established by the accounting department and/or contract requirements.
