BCM Global Tech has a great contract opportunity with one of our Denver Colorado clients for a Administrative Assistant.
The duration of this contract is for 4 months with a great probability that it will be extended. This is an onsite contract, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
-- Ability to use PC, with intermediate word processing and spreadsheets skills as well as outlook and mainframe applications.
-- Ability to use effective communication skills, both oral and written, including use of customer service skills, spelling, grammar, punctuation and composition.
-- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
-- Types contract documents and correspondence to support such documents, such as RFP's, IFB's, RFQ's, Contracts, Contract Amendments, and Purchase Orders.
-- Updates website list of solicitation's status on weekly basis.
-- Inputs information on Contracts Module on Oracle system and makes appropriate external and internal distribution of contracts and contract amendments.
-- Serves as initial contact with client's staff. Greets visitors, potential bidders and vendors and assists as necessary.
-- Answers phones and provides the requested information or data, solicitation documents and plan holder's list.
-- Refers other matters to the appropriate staff member.
