Job Description:
Perform clerical and administrative duties to support
the manager of a technical or administrative department
and/or a group of professional or administrative
personnel. Utilize various computer software programs,
custom-designed software, etc., and maintains current
application of new technology. Evaluate and assimilate
information, data and input for completeness, accuracy,
and suitability to assure agreement with standards and
procedures. Apply administrative skills and knowledge of
policies, practices and procedures to enhance
organization effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of
four years of relevant experience or
  • AAS
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite
