Exciting opportunity for a proven administrative assistant to join one of the nation's leading business-to-business marketing agencies!

The administrative assistant works with multiple teams and projects on tight deadlines, so the ability to multi-task is essential. Some tasks include data entry, scanning and converting documents to PDFs invoice processing, budget tracker entry and filing, distribution of mail and package shipping, and other assigned tasks. This person will also be responsible for booking travel for team members, scheduling meetings, and putting together media binders for events.

Ideal candidates should have a demonstrated track record in a support role, ideally 1-3 years of professional experience. We also require experience with Microsoft Office products particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a large team. Ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or Advertising and 1-3 years of experience in a marketing-type position. Candidate must also be energetic with an outgoing personality, heavily goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a support role. This position will provide lots of variety, challenge and visibility among the team and their clients.
