DUTIES

A.Schedule client appointments for each program manager.
B.Process/Distribute all client referrals/authorizations to Tetra's program managers
C.Create new client binders for all programs.
D.Assist with maintaining/updating all active databases daily.
E.Process all program referrals RBHA referrals and VR/RSA authorizations.
F.Process and maintain data on billing system and client tracking system.
G.Assist with processing and completing end of month billing for all staff/programs.
H.Assist in creating, duplicating, and distributing marketing materials for Tetra programs.
I.Clerical Duties-faxing, copying, filing, mailing, audit/process Amex receipts, Petty Cash, Mileage, Authorizations, and Meeting Minutes.
J.Track office supplies.
K.Provide technical assistance for computer, copier, telephone system and Internet as needed.
L.Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts to referral sources, maintaining an ongoing professional working relationship
M.Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Viewing a computer and operating a keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to type 60 wpm accurately
  • Ability to drive
  • Ability to travel independently to various locations.
  • Ability to use 10-key by touch
  • Ability to understand communications, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to follow both oral and written communications
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, clients and the public
  • Ability to work in a team situation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to operate a variety of office machines
  • Ability to meet deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS

Associates degree preferred, or high school diploma, with one year clerical experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
