Job Description Bekins continues to grow and expand at our Grand Haven and Grand Rapids Showrooms. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our dynamic team and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Grand Haven location.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Creating and editing Excel spreadsheets to manage financial and operations information.
  • Being aware of what needs to be done at all times
  • Using computer software in several different applications
  • Assisting salespeople
