Performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, posting information, and sending shipments via FEDEX.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person and collecting applications.
Directs visitors and maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook, making employee badges.
Orders various items such as swag, office and break room supplies.
Assists in account access/ account set up of our travel portal, and scheduling travel for employees and executives.
Setting up conference registrations for various departments.
Assists Senior Management with various tasks; ordering lunch for meetings and running errands.
Keeps inventory of all incoming/outgoing swag.
Creates and distributes employee name plates and cubical addresses.
Works with facilities to resolve any building issues.
Opens, organizes, and distributes mail.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requires at least a high school diploma.
1-2 years of related experience.
Experience successfully booking business travel researching price options.
Must be extremely professional in conduct and interaction with employees and executives.
Must have reliable transportation.
Possess the ability to make informed decisions on issues.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively with management and visitors.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to handle extreme pressure and meet tight deadlines. Urgency is key!

Must have great time management and trouble shooting skills.
