Provide information to outside callers, clients, prospects and internal employees
Greets and directs office visitors
Prepares out-going mail, UPS Shipments and arranging for courier services
Responsible for all vendors: ordering and maintaining business and office supplies through a company-designated source.
Operates and maintains phone system, copiers, binding equipment, postage machine and other various business equipment
Creates and maintain spreadsheets, documents, or tables to track business machine usage, purchasing orders, and additional business functions. Compiles and types other statistical reports as requested.
Typing internal and external correspondence as requested, archiving, and additional administrative duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision, in addition to being flexible in stressful peak times
- Position requires good communication and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to operate a variety of business and computer equipment
