The Administrative Assistant provides secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and variety of other key administrative staff, facilitating the flow of information and accomplishment of the organization objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Compose, type and disseminate correspondence for CEO, CFO, or other directors as assigned
  • Answer telephone; screen incoming calls & take & route messages; place calls on CEO's or CFO’s behalf as requested
  • Manages CEO's daily schedule of appointments.
  • Maintain department's office supplies, ordering and replenishing as needed
  • Assists staff in preparing for various survey, audits, and site reviews
  • Assist other Directors with various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

This opportunity is available to individuals who meet the following requirements:
  • Two year business degree or equivalent experience
  • Medical terminology and computer experience necessary
  • Must be able to comprehend the pertinent instructions for complying with state and federal guidelines re-credentialing
  • Office organization, time management and problem-solving skills; diplomacy, flexibility and telephone etiquette
  • Excellent business English skills and familiarity with business formats and principles for correspondence and files
  • Must have skills in maintaining information as highly confidential
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift & grasp
