Responsible for supporting the administrative functions to the VP and Department Managers.

Coordinate, organize, schedule, prepare, distribute and facilitate presentation materials, and catering including presentations and equipment set up for meetings.

Coordinate and maintain division correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes and presentations.

Coordinate seminars and conferences; registration and travel arrangements.

Coordinate events including venue, catering and audio-visual reservation.

Responsible for purchasing supplies, maintaining dues/subscriptoins, check requests from A/P and monthly expense reports.

Responsible for tracking and maintaining documents, RSVP's, material assembly, physician stipend preparation, guest reminder calls, and on-site coordination and adminstrative support for events.

Coordinate large mailing projects; document creation, printing and stuffing to ensure timely delivery.

Develops, maintains, and provides requested reports from departmental databases.

Communicates on behalf of the division leadership.

Supports internal departmental leadership as needed.


Two to five years increasingly responsible administrative experience in health care or a related field

Excellent writing, spelling and grammar skills required

Proficient with MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Visio and Access

Must be a team player with excellent organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize duties effectively and demonstrate the ability to multi-task needs of different leadership with minimal supervision
