Actively supports assigned Management Board member(s) by producing quality work in the midst of a busy, constantly changing work load and environment.
Be exposed to and involved in confidential discussions, information and details while not allowing the materiel to be compromised.
Coordinates and prioritizes work flow, relieves management of administrative details, initiates tasks as necessary.
Composes/types/edits and proofreads correspondence, emails, faxes and reports.
Maintains Director’s calendar, arranges internal and external meetings.
Coordinates Director’s travel, prepares accurate and timely expense reports.
Support of Master Control
Prepares slide presentations and spreadsheets as necessary.
Prepares check requests and invoices
Creation and Support of weekly/month reports for Directors and/or department
Interacts with others in a professional manner.
Orders supplies.
Special projects as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
1. High school graduate required
2. Advanced study beyond the high school level preferred along with complimentary training.
3. Proficiency in appropriate segments of Microsoft Office.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Minimum of four years Administrative Assistant experience with increasing responsibility a must.
Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, frequently multi-tasking.
