Provide administrative support to VP of Talent Relations & Special Events. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work as well as assisting in planning and executing events, handling talent, executive producers, and company executives, sponsoring charity organizations and all gifting for CBS and CBS Television Studios. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction with executives, talent, executive producers, and production teams.
Minimum of 2 years of previous industry or related experience. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle administrative duties. Excellent oral, written skills, and written comminucation skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Education Level
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
