Responsibilities:
  • Executive Admin responsibilities (coordinating meeting space, food ordering, expense reporting, maintaining appointment schedule)
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate party
  • Greet visitors and employees
  • Maintain visitor log
  • Issue parking validation
  • Maintain cleanly reception area (updated magazines, cleanliness of desk)
  • Support Facilities as needed (placing food orders, ordering supplies, stocking and cleaning kitchens, vendor management etc.)
  • Maintain employee telephone list
  • Assists in the administration of office conference rooms
  • Issue New Employee badges
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail
Required Skills
  • Great phone skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office products, heavy use of MS Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Good oral and written communication
Required Experience
  • Enthusiastic, "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Some previous experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant is preferred
  • Some college is preferred
