You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the North Butte office. Specific duties will include timekeeping, records management, data entry and general office support. You will also assist with material receipt and processing associated accounting paperwork.
Excellent organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills are required in this role. You must have clear and effective communication skills, be detail oriented and results driven.

Education and Qualifications
A high school diploma with some post-secondary education is preferred.
You must have a minimum of 5 or more years of directly related experience and able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
