The Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Infection Prevention, Professional Development and Disaster Preparedness. Works in the associated departments to coordinate the administrative aspects of Infection Prevention and Professional development and disaster preparedness activities and assists the Director with job-related projects, as directed.

Minimum two years of college or four years of experience in a secretarial position, executive level secretarial with supervisory experience preferred, advanced computer skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, ability to function independently.
