- High school graduate (or equivalent) required
- Medical Assistant Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in medical field, front office work and secretarial positions preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Computer skills, general office practices and office machinery knowledge required
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
