. This position provides administrative and accounting support for the Wichita Law Department, as well as administrative support for Cargill Value Added Meats (CVAM) Retail Business. This will be a shared role between two groups. Directly reporting to the Senior Paralegal, but also taking direction from the Client HR Manager in CVAM Retail. This position is the information point for various duties throughout the departments, such as printer and copier machine issues, I/T set-ups for new users, conference room reservations for departments, expense reporting, supply orders and other projects as assigned.
- General administrative support including but not limited to; records management, meeting management, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, reconciling accounts, helping to prepare and update documents and files, IT contact for computer issues, ordering supplies, mail sort and delivery, and SharePoint Administration and ownership
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegal team
- Provide administrative support to CVAM Retail including Senior Leadership Team and Human Resources
- Other duties as assigned by manager
High School Diploma
Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working in an administrative, clerical, or customer service focused role
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to quickly master new software and technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Four year college degree
