The administrative assistant will assist the Vice President, Beverage Operations and Vice President, Guest Technology and Photo, five department directors and managers in various administrative duties and special projects, as assigned.

Responsibilities include:
Submit travel requests for all Photo Operations employees
Submit early boarding lists and cabin requests for Photo Operations employees, vendors, and concessionaires in an accurate and timely fashion
Code and submit invoices to accounts payable department, and assist vendors with payment information
Check and submit expense reports and T&E statements for all Photo personnel and ship board managers.
Complete and submit the T&E, Ghost, and P Card Visa logs in a timely manner, for all Photo personnel.
Process bi-weekly shipboard payroll requests
Miscellaneous projects for the department Director and Managers
Responsible for accurately updating electronic files
Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Place all requisitions for Hotel Commerce
Process all Visa Orders
Order follow up and PO look up
Monthly Inventory Reports
Monthly Bonus Logs

Handles/redirects any questions, inquiries Requirements:Preferred Qualifications:
Five years’ experience in a similar position.
Experience assisting multiple executives.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
