JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the sales department.

  • Responsible for answering multi-line phones.
  • Must multi-task and answer the phone and take messages while doing paperwork.
  • Responsible for invoicing, processing credits, petty cash, making bank deposits, and filing.
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on extra projects.
  • Must learn and utilize Central Scope, process RMAs and run reports.
  • Ability to be professional and customer service oriented.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Team player
  • Work under deadlines and to complete additional duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Office experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multi-phone line system
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Accounts Receivable experience preferred
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills
  • Ability to work over-time
  • Willingness to work any shift
  • Valid drivers license and ability to drive
