Make an Impact – Administrative Assistant Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including general typing and support to the general staff and management team.
Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate location.
Scheduling meetings/appointments, setup conferencing calls, and coordinating lunch/dinner meetings.
Schedule travel arrangements.
May assist with various administrative projects.
