Create and track Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders and create service entries in SAP.
  • Work with internal support groups to ensure timely completion of new hire support request and internal moves.
  • Assist the division program manager with updating/maintaining product development schedules and update the online document library throughout product development processes.
  • Other tasks include traditional administrative support functions including travel/meeting/event scheduling, processing of domestic and international expense reports, and managing the divisional global calendar to track employee travel and PTO dates. This position will also be responsible for creating documents in various MS Office formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

    This position requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills. Must know MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills required. Experienced in serving mid-to-upper-level managers in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Sharepoint, Framemaker and Visio is strongly preferred.
