Our Milwaukee office is looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to provide office and project support. This is a great opportunity for a career minded individual to join a national accounting firm.

Showcase your software expertise to create and edit complex documents, assist in analyzing data using pivot tables, edit and post website content, and test forms using MS Office. As an organizational expert you will apply your planning and detail-oriented approach to maintaining meticulous project files, assisting with invoice processing and preparing expense reports. Duties will also include administrative support, coordinating internal and virtual meetings, project coordination and support, collecting and maintaining compliance information, coordinating mailings, and taking on other local, regional and firm wide projects and tasks as needed. Your ability to work both independently and in a team to establish priorities and meet deadlines in the midst of changing priorities will drive your success in this role.
Two years experience working in an office setting required with a focus on producing high quality deliverables. Strong computer literacy with experience using multiple applications (including PowerPoint, and Excel formulas and pivot tables). Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly assess priorities and make adjustments as needed. Exceptional communication skills with experience in customer service and project coordination. Ability to maintain positive relationships and work well within a team (both in-office and virtual team). Flexibility is required to meet project deadlines.
High School diploma and some Associate degree program preferred.
