We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Coldwell Banker office In Vienna. This position will be required to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. External Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Coldwell Banker office In Vienna. This position will be required to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate destination.
Manage office administration tasks, including general office duties such as ordering business supplies, equipment maintenance, distributes mail, faxes and overnight packages and oversee general office appearance and repair issues.
Maintain office listings.
Coordinate and schedule office events, fundraising events, and training.
Assist sales associates with marketing needs, including the creation of postcards and brochures, as well as scheduling and proofing advertisements.
Cross-train and back-up other support positions.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative and marketing responsibility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Microsoft Publisher experience preferred.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
Basic math skills which include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentage, fractions and the ability to calculate commissions, interests and discounts.
Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
