Administrative Assistant –

Responsibilities: 
Develop reports and presentations for internal and external clients, which includes providing promotional information to current and prospective clients 

Coordinate and supervise arrangements for customer-focused events, such as tradeshows and conferences, which includes assembling quotations and proposals and distributing videos, slide shows, product information brochures and giveaways 

Prepare mailers and brochures for distribution 

Maintain marketing library inventory 

Answer routine inquiries and route technical questions to the appropriate function/person 

Maintain and organize calendar, schedule appointments and make travel arrangements 

Liaise with counterparts within the company to ensure branding compliance across all geographies 

Other administrative support duties as assigned

Requirements: 
Flexible nature with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously 

Strong office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including Photoshop and web design 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 

Excellent time management skills 

Expert command of the English language and proper usage 

Marketing experience a plus 

College degree in Marketing, Communication or English preferred
