  • Minimum three years experience in a corporate environment

  • Maintain and use a follow up system for reporting requirements
  • Compose routine correspondence when required
  • Maintain data base for partnerships and properties
  • Request and prepare monthly occupancy reports
  • Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports as required
  • Prepare, submit and follow up annual Secretary of State fil i ngs
  • Provide notification to manager, review, assemble and send annual tax credit compliance reports
  • Prepare HUD required annual rent schedules and utility allowance analysis for properties
  • Assist in preparation of financing applications
  • Other duties as directed
