EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote software.
- Data Entry and Reports using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
- Special projects aimed to improve data integrity on Homes.com
- Vendor contract management
- Budget reporting and expense management.
- Time Cards
- Travel Arrangement
- Arrange meetings with vendors and outside clients
- Prepare and monitor expense reports per company guidelines
- New hire preparation and computer equipment management
This position will report to the VP of Technology
- Bachelors Degree or High School education with previous admin experience.
- Advanced level MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Excellent writing and proofreading abilities are mandatory with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Good filing skills and a keen attention to detail is necessary
- Candidates must be personable, have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and all staff types, and must be able to interact in a service-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of the administrative role in an organization
