EGW Personnel Staffing & Search is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Buffalo area client.
We are seeking an experience Administrative Assistant with a strong background in either a Manufacturing or Engineering department / industry. You will be responsible for interacting with both the Engineering and Sales departments. In your role you will be responsible for creation of manuals, marketing material, basic administrative duties including customer interaction, monthly reports, maintaining calendars, travel arrangements and special projects as assigned.
· HS Diploma minimum
· Strong computer and data entry skills
· Ability to follow establish procedures is critical and must be able to work independently
· Must be attentive to detail, thorough, organized and be able to multi-task.
· Must be able to handle changes and interruptions in daily activities.
· Prior experience working in an Engineering department or Manufacturing environment is a huge plus.
