Perform basic secretarial and administrative duties. May support one or more individuals. Expected to complete routine, clearly defined tasks of limited scope. Closely managed and reviewed regularly. Uses little to no independent judgment in day to day activities.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains filing system; Order office supplies.
Utilize general business equipment, e.g., fax, copier, in the performance of assigned duties.
Plan and coordinate meetings and special events as required.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, process GELCO, EMRs and check requests.
Receive telephone calls, incoming mail and other correspondence and route as appropriate; Also back-up to Receptionist.
Support Manager(s) by typing proposals, letters and other coorespondence; May reconcile expense reports, process check requests and make travel arrangements.
Perform other related duties as required
Ability to multi-task.
