We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Irvine, CA office
who is proficient with Microsoft Office to include mail merge and who's had
experience with XPath for XML. This is a temporary position responsible for the
creation of word templates from information provided in the Special Education
module of our Student Information System. This will include but is not limited
to using mail merge to reformat/redesign the documents for our clients.
§ Creation of word templates from existing Special Education documents within
the Student Information System.
§ May include customization specific to each clients’ needs.
§ Other administrative duties that would relate with the project.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a
professional administrative environment.
Preferable experience with xpath for XML.
