We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to become part of our team. This position provides support to the development department by creating word documents with design information provided.

Job Requirements-Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative support role.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Internet usage. Adobe, Access, and PowerPoint are preferred but not required.
  • Type a minimum of 60 wpm.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to multitask, handle multiple priorities, execute deliverables on time, work well at a fast pace and under pressure.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork, customer service attitude, solid judgment making, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, or GED. Associates Degree is preferred.
