This position requires a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and multi-tasking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties The successful candidate will provide cross-departmental support to upper and middle management as follows:
  • Calendar and coordinate meetings and events (including scheduling interviews)
  • Generate expense reports for executives
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Schedule board meetings, including venue and resources
  • Work with board members and their assistants
  • Assist with producing materials for Board Meeting packets
  • Manage correspondence and marketing and sales events/activities (rollouts, campaigns. webinars, administrative portion of sales activities, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks that may include providing project work support such as editing, report production, and formatting documents
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Administrative Assistant or general office experience
  • Strong technology skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Independent worker who seeks guidance when necessary
  • Individual contributor and team player
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize
  • Quickness, efficiency, and accuracy in executing administrative tasks
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Apps
