Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides support to regional manager and staff to include meeting coordination, conference calls, and appointments and travel arrangements.

Develop administrative office procedures and systems for effective operation of office, including filing system, data tracking, and records management.

Oversee maintenance of office equipment and telecommunication systems. Order and maintain office supplies.

Compile data for spread sheets, reports, budgets, expense reports and presentations. Handle multiple projects with minimal guidance.

Handle ingoing/outgoing mail.

Assist in parts ordering and inventory

Performs other functions/duties as required

Required education or minimum level:
High school (G.E.D.)

Approximately 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant.

Software Knowledge:
Excellent PC skills, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Required Skills

High school plus specialized, short-term training in word processing and a variety of computer software.

Requires detailed knowledge of department operations in terms of what and how work is to be done as well as why it is done, this level includes interpretation of data
