As the Administrative Assistant for this regional office, you will ensure that it is organized and running smoothly. Provide broad administrative support to Vice President, Regional Managers and different departments. Daily tasks will include compiling reports, maintaining files, making travel arrangements, processing invoices, organizing meetings and training sessions, ordering supplies, scheduling any needed equipment repairs, communicating with vendors, proppro and assisting with miscellaneous projects. High school diploma and 3+ years administrative experience required. Small business bookkeeping experience and/or accounting coursework preferred. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication is necessary. Thorough knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling is required to ensure that all documentation is prepared in an accurate, professional and timely manner. Must be able to follow through on projects, prioritize workload and organize many details. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required.
