Act as internal liaison with North America GM and VP, North America Marketing to coordinate internal meetings/conferences. Interface with retail accounts and licensing partners to schedule market and general business meetings. Interface directly with key support areas including marketing, finance, advertising, global education and customer service.
In collaboration with GM office and North America Affiliate directives, schedule and manage all travel including prep/coordination of travel documents and meeting materials.
Interface closely with three direct Executive Director reports to assist with needs of Sales Operations and field.
Proactively coordinate and manage timeline and execution for annual field/NYO employee review process. Proper management of highly confidential materials.
Skillfully create animated PowerPoint presentations for conferences and retailer meetings.
Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of annual field regional conference.
Closely assist marketing team in execution of annual offsite Sales Conference.
Develop relationships with retail partners to expertly meet requests and needs on a timely basis.
Directly assist VP of Sales in updating/managing key financial budgets including instore visual grid, advertising, and no charge.
Accurate and timely processing of expense reports. Manage year end accrual process.
Coordination and management of all online/digital asset requests from field, manage thru completion.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in structured corporate environment
Outstanding computer skills; PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, Access, Data Warehouse, Outlook
Outstanding ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team
