EPC, a premier IT equipment remarketer, has an opportunity at our new Allentown, Pennsylvania facility for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the facility manager. Duties include establishing and maintaining a filing system, invoicing, providing telephone support and assisting with Human Resources duties.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of office administration procedures, the ability to operate most standard office equipment and extensive knowledge of computer software (Windows XP or 7 and Microsoft Office).

Must have good spelling, grammar and written communication skills. Must also have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information. Must have a professional appearance and be a quick learner with the willingness to put in the necessary time and effort to accomplish assigned goals and tasks.
