Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience.
Typing skills of 50 wpm
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems.
Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
Detail oriented; ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities
Ability to prioritize work schedule and use effective time management to avoid regular workload disruption by specially requested projects.
Interest in design, design background isn’t a requirement or necessary
Assist with maintaining and setting up Subcontractor/Vendor files for Design Manager on SharePoint
Prepare contract requests, PO’s, change orders for Design Manger
Follow up on contract requests, purchase orders and change orders
Assist Design Manger and act as liaison with Contract Administrators, Accounting in the Corporate Office and Vendors for following tasks but not limited to:
Assist Design Manager with maintaining running log/report of project status.
Assist with all other miscellaneous duties as requested.
Performs typing, word processing, filing, and copying as needed
Travel and expense report preparation and submittal for Design Manager and Asset Manager
Gather and follow up with Design Vendors for licensing requirements
Maintain contract status – keep contracts moving forward and presenting any verbiage issues that arise.
