This position will provide administrative support to the Home Medical Equipment department in St. Paul. The responsibilities include: answering phones, data entry, billing insurance, verifying insurance, prior authorizations and helping in the showrooms when needed. Administrative assistants are responsible for learning all equipment that is carried so patient questions can be answered. This position will also be trained to work in each of our 5 showrooms to provide coverage when needed.
Schedule: M-F 8-430
1-3 years experience working in a healthcare setting
Insurance and Billing experience preferred
Previous DME experience preferred
Brightree experience is a plus
